Terms & Conditions
1. Booking an Appointment
All repair assessments and consultations must be booked in advance.
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or preferably through our website.
We request basic information about the equipment (brand, model, symptoms) in order to provide you with an initial estimated repair cost

2. Diagnostic Fee
A non-refundable diagnostic fee of £50 is required at the time of booking and upon drop-off.
This fee covers diagnostic work and forms part the final repair cost if you choose to proceed.
If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is retained.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking without charge.
4. Drop-Off
Items must be dropped off at the scheduled time. If your unit is part of a multi-unit system, please only bring the faulty unit and the remote control if available.
Once repairs are completed and upon notification, items must be collected within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Uncollected items beyond 30 days will incur a £1.50 per day storage fee, and in extreme cases may be disposed of or sold to recover costs 60 days after notification.

5. Repair Quotes
After the diagnostic check, we will provide a revised quote for approval if the repair cost exceeds the initial estimated repair cost.
Estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
6. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on parts availability, the complexity of the repair, and current workload.
We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

7. Parts & Warranty
Replacement parts used are either new, refurbished, or original vintage components where available.
Labour and replaced parts are covered by a 6-month warranty, excluding damage caused by misuse, external factors, or interference by third parties.

8. Payment
Full payment is required upon collection.

9. Data & Privacy
Any personal information provided during the booking process is used solely for managing your repair and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Social Media
Armstrong Audio may photograph or film your equipment and use the images or videos for promotional purposes on social media. No compensation or prior approval is required.

11. Agreement to Terms
By booking with Armstrong Audio, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Booking Policy.
